Michel Arsenault, Clinical Director, Ontario/Atlantic Canada and Digital Clinical Services, was recognized by the Employee Assistance Society of North America (EASNA) with its 2018 Leadership Award of Excellence. The award recognizes one industry leader annually who demonstrates ongoing commitment and support of EAP and workplace health. EASNA has acknowledged Arsenault for his vision and efforts to help organizations manage gender diversity in the workplace and support transgender individuals ready to make the transition at work in a sensitive and respectful manner. Arsenault, who has been in the employee assistance program (EAP) industry for more than 23 years, has seen the demand for gender diversity intervention grow significantly over that period. He now supports hundreds of organizations globally.
