The accolade is awarded to a vendor organization that has developed best practices in human resources management for the benefit of Staples. It is part of the "Thank you for making more happen" program where Staples nominates key vendors on the merits of their contribution to their organization, customers and employees.
Staples Canada paid special tribute to the expertise of Joy Sloane noting how the Morneau Shepell team was instrumental in the success of their disability management program, as well as creating integrated program-reporting which helped improve their decisions on benefits strategy.
The award was presented to Morneau Shepell at the Staples' annual internal Management Conference on April 10, 2014.
