Manitoba introducing COVID-19 anxiety treatment online

The province has announced a new mental health service for people struggling to cope with anxiety, depression and other issues during the COVID-19 crisis.

The government has partnered with Morneau Shepell to provided iCBT (internet-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) for Manitobans aged 16 and up. The service will be free to access at a cost of $4.5 million to the government.
