Morneau Shepell has partnered with provincial governments to provide mental health support to residents during the COVID-19 pandemic. AbilitiCBT - Internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (iCBT) is a practical virtual therapy program delivered through a digital platform. It helps people develop skills and strategies to address symptoms of mild to moderate anxiety and/or depression. It can also help people cope with challenges related to COVID-19, such as isolation, caring for family and community members, information overload and stress.

Government of Ontario

AbilitiCBT - Internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (iCBT) is available to Ontario residents 16 and older free of charge and can be accessed through the Province of Ontario COVID-19 support website

Government of Manitoba

AbilitiCBT is available to residents of Manitoba 16 and older free of charge and can be accessed through the Province of Manitoba COVID-19 website.
