Making it easy to support your staff is our job

What employees have to say about our EAP

I’ve been seeing my counsellor for depression and it’s helped me very much.

I appreciate the services you offer – they are excellent and I recommend our EFAP services to my colleagues.

Prior to seeing my counsellor, I was in bad shape but my counsellor really helped me. Right from the beginning, my counsellor made me feel like a human being again and made me feel that life is worth living.

I really feel pampered as a customer and appreciate the people at the CAC who answer my calls – everyone I’ve spoken to is a good listener.

How it works

  1. Your employee has an issue and needs immediate and confidential support.
  2. Your employee contacts our Care Access Centre where an EAP Representative will provide assistance in the moment or find a solution that best works for the employee. This could be short-term counselling or financial support program or family support resources, and more.
  3. Your employee feels supported in their time of need, and is more engaged and productive at work.
