Depression Care

This year, 1 in 5 Canadians will experience a mental illness or addiction problem.

Depression is one of the most common mental illnesses. It can affect anyone, and has a profound impact on emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing.

At work, the impact is far-reaching - affecting productivity, engagement, absence, and is the leading cause of disability.

Depression Care™ helps individuals with moderate to severe symptoms of depression. Participants benefit from the unique partnership between our counsellors and psychiatrists and their own physician to evaluate the individual’s condition and provide most appropriate treatment.

Referral to Depression Care happens through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and is part of our continuum of care.
