AbilitiCBT: a government-sponsored mental health program

Morneau Shepell has partnered with the Manitoba and Ontario governments to provide free mental health support to residents during the COVID-19 pandemic through AbilitiCBT: an internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy.

This virtual platform is designed to help people develop skills and strategies to address symptoms of mild to moderate anxiety and/or depression. It can help people cope with challenges specifically related to COVID-19, including isolation, caring for family and community members, information overload, and stress.

Ontario Residents

AbilitiCBT is available in Ontario to anyone 16 and older, accessible through the province’s COVID-19 website.

Manitoba Residents

AbilitiCBT is available in Manitoba 16 and older, accessible through the province’s COVID-19 website.
