Stock Exchange Listing
Morneau Shepell Inc. was created on January 1, 2011 and its common shares are listed for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the symbol MSI. It was established as a result of the conversion to a corporate structure by Morneau Sobeco Income Fund, which was originally created in September 2005.

Dividends
Morneau Shepell Inc. hereby designates all dividends paid or deemed to be paid as “eligible dividends” for purposes of subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada), and similar provincial and territorial legislation, unless indicated otherwise.
