Building Resiliency to Improve Employee Health, Engagement, and Productivity

Employers of all sizes regularly measure their employees’ engagement levels. The prevailing premise is that engaged employees are more likely to be highly productive—and that makes sense. However, any organization that has tried to move the needle on engagement knows that it’s a challenge. Our theory, tested and substantiated by our research, is that this task is easier when employees are “resilient.”
